what made you buy a xbox360

i have a ps3 but I just wanted to what made you buy it.what made you buy a xbox360
i wanted a next gen console it was cheaper. i learned from buying a gamecube not to buy a wii. gamecube had some good games but i din't play it often like my ps2. i'm not paying $600 for a ps3 (when i bought my 360) i don't have a hd tv for blue ray even though its the cheapest blue ray player out there.so i picked the 360.what made you buy a xbox360
I couldn't get a PS3 @ launch and I just wanted a next-gen console for Rainbow Six Vegas.

It also looked like it had great games like oblivion and pgr. Also for halo 3.

Because it was cheaper then the PS3. I did some thinking though and I realized that I would be paying for live every year though, so the PS3 would eventually be cheaper. Should have thought more towards the future when I bought my 360.

the wii really didnt appeal to me so my choice was between the 360 and the ps3. i went with the 360 because of the better selection of games, better online community and it was cheaper.
I had xbox1 and I loved playing games on live...and it had games coming to the system that I wanted to play
i wanted a PS3 (summer 2006 was time of this) but i couldn't wait for it to come out and i wanted a next gen console i decided to get the xbox 360 since it was already. boy, am i glad i made this decision.
I bought my 360 because it had the best games on the market when it came out; it still does.
My Xbox was my favorite console of the last generation. When the 360 released the PS2 couldn't hold a candle to the games. DOA 4 really pulled me in. And it currently has the best library of this generation, in my opinion.
I actually didn't care much for one until I got it as a present. I ended up loving it.
I bought a 360 because the ps3 was expensive and there wasnt many games that id play on it and the wii seemed kinda weird...so 360 it was (i also played it at my friends and i thought saints row was rly fun i also had a gamecube as my main system b4...)

I wanted a next gen console and I couldn't afford the PS3 at the time so I decided to get a 360. Also for GTA IV.

Lost Planet :P ... seriously... and i was disappointed... but not with the other games... glad i made the right choice for myself
To play with friend's and wouldn't have to go to their houses to pwn them lol..I got it as a present though, I had ps3 before, which I still view as the better option. =X
