So there is the Cleaned the Mean Streets achievement in GTA 4. It says you have to ''capture'' 20 criminals through the police computer. So my question is, how do you capture criminals? Or does killing count as capturing? lol plz.... GTA 4 help!

You kill them.
Get a cop car. Stop the car. Press LB. Then click what criminal you want to go after and you kill him.
yeah i have no idea why it says ''capture'' them. you pretty much run them down, kill them, and leave them in the street.... no capturing done whatsoever
im currently on 18 but im going to bed now going to kill the rest of them tommorow yay.
