I dont even own the game(or played it) and i know the answer. Yes, yes, yes. it has everything you described and the game world is big.

Who said no bikes? There aren't dirtbikes, but yes, they have Choppers/Sport bikes/Scooters.The city is based off of New York City...so NYC+Planes = you do the math. That's why you can't have planes. But you can still take a helicopter ride around the city which is gorgeous.

Uh there are plenty of bikes, bikes everywhere in fact. And the city is HUGE.

Everything is there that you listed, the only one you can't drive is an airplane. Dirtbikes are there too.I've played the game around 10 hours, and I'm at 18%. The story is great so far.The city is smaller than San Andreas, yet 3 times the size of the original Liberty City in GTA III.Yes, Destroying the city with friends during Free Roam is awesome and the only multiplayer I've played so far. I'm sure the other modes are just as good.

By the way you will not miss planes, there are Helicopters and i even saw a combar chiopper in MP .I did not see dirt bikes yet but there are bikes. how good is the story mode?It is one of the best i ever plaied if not the very best. It is very long and you can lose yourself in so many activities it is insane.One thing that shocked me was how much i am enjoying the in game internet, i am not usually a guy that likes to read a lot in gaming but this is really hilarious . There was a fiew web sites that made me laugh out loud. I had tears in my eyes for laughing. Me and my wife both did. By the way remember to check the web site on the pyramid scheme when you get the e-mail.how big is the cityThe city is huge. Not as big as S. Andreas thank god but way more believable. I spent the first 45 min just wandering around on foot in awe for the incredible amount of details. is there an online mode where i can just run around with a friend and shoot people, steal cars, with no objectives?Yes there are many of those including 4 coop levels for up to 4 players.One last think the new phisics engine is oscar worthy. I can't remember the name, it replaces havoc but it is insanely good.that said be prepared not to have a life any more out of Liberty city ...this game will suck you in
