Elite 360

My 360 keeps crashing, sometimes as asoon i put the console on or when i've just loaded up a game, also alot of flicking, ive got a uk elite 360, 8 months olds, is this the 3 red lights coming? If i take it back to the shop, do i keep my harddrive with all my stuff on?Elite 360
if you take it in i think all they need is the console itself, no harddrive or anythingElite 360
try using a dvd drive cleaner disc, it helped my cousin maybe it will you
If you bring it in or send it to Microsoft, then you keep the hard drive.
be aware, this will take awhile.
